KL-Kuala Selangor Expressway Bhd is the concessionaire for LATAR — a RM958 million, 33 km dual-carriageway forming the north-east link of the KL Outer Ring Road network, connecting LPT1, PLUS and the future West Coast Expressway.
- Officially opened to public on 23 June 2011
- 4 interchanges: Ijok, Puncak Alam, Kuang, Templer Park
- 3 toll plazas: Ijok, Kuang Barat & Kuang Timur, Taman Rimba Templer
- Alternative to Federal Road 54 (Jalan Kuala Selangor)
