KL-Kuala Selangor Expressway Bhd is the concessionaire for LATAR — a RM958 million, 33 km dual-carriageway forming the north-east link of the KL Outer Ring Road network, connecting LPT1, PLUS and the future West Coast Expressway.

PT Megapower Makmur (MPOW), a 51%-owned Indonesian subsidiary, became the first non-Malaysian-GLC listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) in June 2017. The group operates four diesel-generated plants and a 4.2 MW mini-hydro plant in Sulawesi Selatan, with a 5 MW solar PV project executed in Kunak, Sabah.

KM Quarry Sdn Bhd, a 70/30 joint venture with Kumpulan Melaka Berhad in Alor Gajah, Melaka, operates a 95-acre quarry of high-quality granite reserve. Together with Easy Mix Sdn Bhd's batching plant in Cheras, the division supplies aggregates and ready-mix concrete to projects across the Klang Valley.

Hospitality

Bina Puri's maiden hospitality project is Rimbun Suites & Residences on Jalan Ong Sum Ping, Bandar Seri Begawan — a Public-Private Partnership with the Brunei Economic Development Board (BEDB) since August 2010. Three blocks of 72 units have been refurbished into modern, fully-furnished luxury serviced apartments.
